Perfect365 is a free app that is designed to teach users how to style their personal appearance in the way they would like, and it does much more than simply generate selfies. The app includes a number of features that help users hone their look down to its perfect form.

Like its primary competitor Facetune, Perfect365 provides multiple tools that can be used to edit and enhance photos, but the tools in this app aren't quite as effective or easy to use as they are in Facetune. In terms of touching up a photo, the main options include brightening and smoothing skin, applying preset makeup formulas to your face, reshaping the face, whitening teeth, deepening the smile, and changing the hair. The app also includes multiple color options for your lips and eyes, and each individual style includes instructions for how to create that look in the real world. There are also suggestions about what sorts of clothing should be worn with each style.

It should be obvious at this point that the app is geared mostly toward females, but anyone can use it to see how they would look with certain styles. Even men might be curious about what this app can do since it requires nothing more than a camera and some curiosity. Users who don't want to instantly upload their own photos can test the functions in the app on one of the many included photos.

This app certainly isn't as intuitive as Facetune, but it is still easy enough for most users to be able to take advantage of it right away without much of a learning curve. The navigation system is a bit confusing, and there are certain actions that don't function exactly the way it seems as if they should. It is far too easy to accidentally exit the entire app, which sometimes forces you to lose what hasn't been saved. There is an option to compare an edited photo with its original, but that small button is difficult to find and is labeled strangely.

While the app does include several preset aesthetics, they are often a bit too extravagant and not exactly what a modern woman might want, which essentially makes those looks unnecessary. This is true for most apps of this nature, and in terms of creating something that looks entertaining, this app can't be beat. Most wouldn't recommend that the preset looks be used as an actual real-world template.

There are certainly better photo editing and makeup tutorial apps out there, but this app still provides a relatively simple and potentially helpful set of tools. It could use a bit of polishing in terms of the controls, but many users will love the explanations on how to recreate aesthetics presented in the app. The accompanying clothing suggestions are also quite helpful.
